Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Emirates Driving Company said that its shareholders’ meeting will be held on 10 April to discuss cash dividends for the fiscal year 2015, according to a bourse filing.
The board proposed a dividends payout of 30 fils per share, amounting to AED 26.94 million.
